Terms & Conditions of Booking

  1. Tenants must take good care of the property, keep it clean and tidy throughout their holiday and leave it clean and tidy on their departure.
  2. Any breakages or damage must be reported to the owner and paid for as soon as is convenient after the occurrence.
  3. The lead name on the booking form is held responsible for the behaviour of the party and for the condition of the property on departure.
  4. No change in the identity of any member of any of the party booking a property may take place without prior written consent.
  5. The party leader must be over the age of 18 and any member of the party under the age of 18 must be disclosed on the booking form.
  6. No more than the maximum number of people as indicated on the property details shall use it.
  7. Pets are not permitted.
  8. Fuel is charged extra by meter readings.
  9. The Property will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am for departure.
  10. The garden is to be enjoyed but respected.
  11. No liability is accepted in respect of loss or damage to the client or any member of the party, their baggage, car or contents, resulting from riot, war, strikes, adverse weather conditions or sickness or injury or for loss or damage by a third party.
  12. If upon your arrival you feel that there are reasonable grounds for complaint please contact the owner immediately so that, if possible, appropriate action may be undertaken.
  13. Holiday cancellation insurance is not provided; this must be taken out by yourselves if felt necessary. If you do need to cancel please inform the owner as soon as possible to enable the property to be re-advertised.
  14. The owner regrets that she cannot accept responsibility for any lost property left behind at the end of your stay. But she will always make the effort to return lost property to yourselves upon receipt of postage.
